What do these stand for?

PVC (polyvinyl chloride)

PVC is used in shampoo bottles, cooking oil bottles, fast food service items

PVC can be recycled for drainage and irrigation pipes

PET (polyethylene terephthalate)

PET is used to produce soft drink bottles, peanut butter jars

PET can be recycled into fiberfill for sleeping bags, carpet fibers, rope, pillows, etc.

LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene)

LDPE is used in food bags, bread bags, shrink wrap, margarine tub tops

LDPE can be recycled into new food bags

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)

HDPE is found in milk cans, butter tubs, detergent bottles, motor oil bottles, etc.

HDPE can be recycled into flower pots, garbage cans, traffic roadblock cones, detergent bottles

Recycling project

PS (Polystyrene)

PS present in disposable hot cups, packaging materials (peanuts), and meat trays

PS can be recycled into plastic lumber, cassette tape cases, and flower pots

PP (Polypropylene)

PP used in most yogurt containers, straws, pancake syrup bottles, bottle caps

PP can be recycled into plastic lumber, car battery boxes, manhole steps

How plastic is made

There are two methods of manufacturing plastic containers, blow molding and injection molding. Blow molding produces neck bottles (shampoo bottles), while injection molding produces pails (margarine tubs). Your recycling program may be based on a digital system or how the plastic is manufactured. Consult your local recycling coordinator to find out what types of plastics can be recycled in your community. Be sure to only recycle plastics that are collected in your recycling program!

Plastic fact: All plastics start with oil!

▴ Five PET bottles produce enough fiber for one oversized T-shirt or one square foot of carpet. About ▴1,200 bottles of soda can cover an average living room.

▴ 25 2-liter bottles can make a sweater.

▴Five 2-liter PET bottles provide enough fiberfill for a ski jacket.

▴ It takes 35 2-liter PET bottles to make enough fiberfill for a sleeping bag.

▴ Plastic makes up 8 percent of our waste by weight, but 24 percent of its volume.

▴ Plastic bottles take more than 500 years to decompose.

Our recycling system

INCOM is committed to the leader of sustainable use of renewable resources, the system provider of renewable resources industry, and the practitioners of key industry in the renewable resource industry, focusing on three strategic businesses: the design, construction and operation of disposable standard packaging deposit system, construction and operation of food-grade waste plastics recycling factories, and recycling uses three major strategic businesses: plant construction and operation and BOTTLOOP Environmental-friendly and renewable trendy products.

Through the independent research and development of the smart beverage bottle recycling machine, INCOM realized the complete sealing of the raw material recycling link, ensuring the cleanness, safety and environmental friendship of the whole chain.
